Position Summary

What We Do

Closers.io works with online businesses, online coaches and online consultants on a consulting basis to help them grow month over month. We help them create a foundation for their growth, by helping them with their leadership, their marketing and their sales.

On top of that nosotros piece of work closely with them and their sales teams to ensure that reps are consistently performing and hitting KPI calendar week in calendar week out.

Near The Role

The purpose of this function is to train and coach brand new sales reps, and to further develop experienced sales reps, in lodge to place them on an established team, all while maintaining the highest standards of service and support to our Remote Closing University students.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere within the The states or Canada.

What You'll Be Doing…

You volition be responsible for preparation and developing our Remote Endmost Academy students to get top performers in remote selling.

Coaching – yous will run across with students in i:i and group formats to help them implement the Closers.io sales training curriculum
Training – using the closers.io sales training curriculum as a guide, y'all will teach and train your clients in the sales process
Back up and Service – you will be responsible for communication with your cohort of clients, including processing missed tuition payments and post-obit upwards with clients who are not on track to consummate the training.
KPI'due south and operation standards – you will be responsible to hitting performance targets based on success of your students

You are familiar with the online coaching space and have feel coaching and training others
You lot have a proven rails record remote selling, either for your own coaching program, or someone else's.
You thrive in a client-facing role and take high stamina for 20+ hours of coaching sessions every week
